- Hi Alan, thanks for your very helpful response. Having looked at a few of Nagoshi's recent papers on FAW in Africa and India, it does appear that there are some contradictions between the COI and Tpi region when it comes to distinguishing between FAW populations in Africa. A combined approach would definitely be more useful. Thank you for your suggestion.
